As a group, as a family with or without children, there are many activities availablefor you at Camping de Montolieu.
For groups (max 50 people), associations, bikers, hikers, with family or friends, we can offer you several formulas.

There is something for everyone at Camping de Montolieu
Near the entrance of the campsite, you will find a playground for kids (3 to 12 years old) with a small climbing wall,
3 slides, and 2 small houses.
On the playground there also a ping pong table, it’s fun for the all family.
For those who like to play pétanque, we have a field next to two communal barbecues, so that you can enjoy a little game while the grills are going.
If you prefer indoor games, the campsite has a games room with table football, board games and a library where you can borrow or exchange books.
Activities around Montolieu campsite
Outside the campsite, through the small gate, thanks to a private access, you can use the towns tennis court as well as the football pitch and the swimming pool. To acces the swimming pool a small fee will have to be paid.
Across the football field, you will find the municipal swimming pool (50m of the campsite)(6€ the day for 2adults and 2 children).
Open July and August. The swimming pool consists of 1 big pool and 1 small pool for kids.
During the day there are 2 hiking departures are available, starting from the campsite: the chapel of St Roch and the Moulins de la dure. Two short circuits of approximately 6 kilometers.
If you move a little further from the campsite, there are many other hikes to discover.
The village of Montolieu is 20-minutes walk away. You will discover 16 bookstores, each with its own particularities and wonder, 2 museums, 1 museum of books where you will learn how a book is made and 1 museum of art especially women art with the ‘Feminine plurielles’ exhibition. In the village you will also meet a numerous artists studios. Do not miss the Manufacture with its many studios devoted to all forms of art
In the evenings, you can meet us at the snack/bar to enjoy our delicious tapas and burgers.
One evening per week will be organised in July and August. Come and taste the speciality of Castelnaudary, the Cassoulet or the fabulous paella of the « Boîte à Paella ».
Tables must be booked in advance.
Every Monday during the high season, come at the bar for a welcoming drink. We invite you to taste some of our specialities and to learn about what to do in the region.
If you like you can bring a speciality of your country so that we can get to know each other.
